Dexus Wholesale Property Fund (DWPF) is an open-ended real estate fund investing in some of Australia’s most iconic assets. With a portfolio size of $13.1 billion spread across 47 assets, predominantly in the office, retail and industrial sectors, the fund is very well diversified.
DWPF’s purpose is to "improve futures through real estate investment. Improving the futures of investors – through outperformance - and stakeholders by investing for the long-term in a way which is both environmentally sustainable and socially responsible".
DWPF has a long-term track record of outperforming the benchmark through risk aware, active, investment decisions. The Fund has outperformed the all-funds benchmark over 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10 years.
The fund has operated as an unlisted fund since 1995 and is supported by more than 75 “wholesale clients” as defined in the Corporations Act.
The structure accommodates institutional investors with a minimum application amount of $10 million.
